AMENDMENT 002: 10 September 2024
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
- Revise the pricing schedule to include contract line-item numbers (CLIN) and to correct a mistake in the description.
- To clarify that vendor quotations shall include a copy of the signed amendment 002 document and provide pricing for each CLIN separately in accordance with the provided pricing schedule. Contractor signature required in each respective block for the original solicitation, amendment 001, and amendment 002.
All other solicitation terms/conditions remain the same. The solicitation closing date remains 17 September 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT.

This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds; funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.

- Include a revised Specification document. Please see the attached revised document, where all changes have been annotated in red text.
- Revise the pricing schedule to allow for requirement components to be priced out separately.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote.
