Solicitation Amendment 1: This solicitation was amended to remove the floor plans from the Statement of Work (SOW). This was done so that the SOW is easily accessibly to potential offerors. The floor plans have been moved to attachment 5. The updated SOW is attachment 6.
Solcitation Amendment 2 : This solicitation was amended to extend the offers due by date from 17 September 2024 to 20 September 2024 and change the primary point of contact from Bryson Cassidy to Eric Smith.
Any interested vendors are required to complete the mandatory CUI training attached with this solicitation and return via email the document showing they've completed it in order to gain access to the floor plans.
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to:
Perform an investigation for the presence of lead-based paint on components at locations subject to future impact by the renovations of this project. The testing will include the testing of interior and exterior painted surfaces throughout the buildings that are subject to impact by the proposed renovations of these projects. The sampling will be from visible/accessible painted surfaces that are considered suspect for lead-based paint content. No demolition of building components will be performed to search for potentially hidden or unknown conditions. Materials will be grouped by homogeneous categories and representative sampling will be performed on a random number of locations. An EPA and MDEQ accredited and licensed lead-base paint inspector will perform the project testing services.
