3. Leaf and Needle Cleanup. Work through the entire property blowing and raking up leaves and needles that have fallen during the Fall and Winter months.08 total times; Oct 1 time, Nov 2 times, Dec 2 times, Jan 2 times, Feb 1 time. For Tongue Point location only.
4. Weed Spraying. Every month in the growing season we will spray for weeds in all the gravel areas, as well as, in the cracks of the sidewalk and asphalt. No more than 09 times a season. For Tongue Point location only.
