The government shall furnish signs and the contractor shall furnish all other personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to install signs in designated locations seen in Exhibit A and C. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Once contract is awarded the contractor will give the government a plan of work and a schedule of work 14 calendar days before any work is planned to start.
The work under this request for quote is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS Code 238990 (Size Standard, $19 Million).
One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price.
Vendors who wish to arrange a site visit are invited to request a visit scheduled before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, September 17, 2024. The purpose of the visit is for the contractor to assess the site conditions before submitting a proposal.
