3. Interested parties are asked to respond to this RFI and submit a capabilities statement that supports the focus of this RFI as detailed below. Please review the place of performance requirements. Please submit written responses via email in Microsoft Office 2000 or 2007 format. All responses should be complete: in 12-point font; and not to exceed 3 pages total, including graphics, tables, and appendices.
4. Respondents should address the following in their capabilities statement:
- Capability to meet the all the elements of sections #5, #6 and #7 of the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).
- Capability to provide specialized facilities, equipment, animals, supplies, and labor to execute a blast overpressure study on live sheep and swine along with regulatory approved animal housing facilities and care.
- Capability to meet Federal Law; Department of Defense (DoD) compliance and Animal Welfare compliance as per section #9 of the DRAFT SOW.
