The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures. The JPEO-CBRND leads, manages, and directs the acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of CBRN sensors, protective equipment, medical countermeasures, specialized equipment for U.S. Special Forces, integration and information management systems, and defense-enabling biotechnologies. The organization also works closely with various Government agencies that need CBRN defense equipment. JPEO-CBRND's core focus areas contribute to building a more lethal force, a priority in the National Defense Strategy, and streamline JPEO-CBRND efforts to meet the joint force’s needs in combating chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats.
This Task Order Request (TOR) is a small-business set-aside in support of JPEO CBRN Headquarters. The evaluation approach (see Sections L&M) will include a Phased Approach. Phase One will use “go”/”no-go” technical criteria to ensure contractors are qualified candidates before moving onto Phase Two Evaluation of full proposals.
TOR # W911QY-24-R-HQ01 - ACQUISITION, BUSINESS, SCIENTIFIC AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT SERVICES
ACC-APG, Natick Division, on behalf of JPEO CBRND, is solicitating proposals for acquisition, business, scientific and logistics support services in support of JPEO CBRN Headquarters and the United States Air Force (USAF).
This is a small business set-aside. Only those companies that received Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards in One Acquisition for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS +) Small Business Management & Advisory Domain, NAICS 541611, will be eligible to submit proposals for this effort. In order for proposals to be eligible for award, they shall be written and submitted in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this TOR. Offerors are hereby notified that there will be no more than one (1) successful offer for each TOR. The contract type will be hybrid with firm-fixed-price (FFP) and a small percentage of cost reimbursable (CR) CLINs.
