For this effort, the Government seeks to update the A/V capabilities in numerous rooms and the common areas in the building that have displays which can also be used as overflow areas. The goal is to enhance the current offerings of the Conference Center by upgrading the displays, control system, audio, and visual components. For this contract, the AV Company must be a local AV install/service company that has a service/repair department for supporting services and repairs. The contractor shall respond via phone within 24 hours for support calls and must be on-site within 48 hours for support and equipment failures (notionally located within a 100 mile radius of Hanscom Air Force Base). Please note that only CLIN 0001 is not an option CLIN. All other CLINs will be exercised as the work is required/funding is available. This contract includes a base year of installation/support and four One Year Options for each room identified. Please see attached Statement of Work and Bid Schedule for further details.
