The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: Shall be equal or better to the Woodway 4Front Slat Belt Treadmill with 21’ Touchscreen display with the option depicted within Attachment 1- Salient Characteristics. Quantity required 10 (ten) treadmills
Delivery of all items shall be made no later than 90 Days after contract award. Shipping to Alaska (zip code 99506) must be include into the quoted price.

Quotes are due to Mr John Gosh no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on 24 September 2024. Quotes shall include the following:
- Part 1- Price – Submit one (1) copy of price schedule. Any additional documentation shall not exceed 10 pages.
- Part 2 - Submit one (1) copy of the product(s) to be delivered with specifications that clearly demonstrate adherence to the specific characteristics
