23 Medical Group Laboratory is requesting the purchase of 1 Hematology Analyzer.
Analyzer needs to perform closed and open tube sampling. Should have a fully integrated IPU with LCD touchscreen, intuitive on-board software. Compact analyzer needs to be Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approved to provide a 6-part differential, fully automated reticulocyte analysis, and reticulocyte hemoglobin measurement. Requested equipment/analyzer has fluorescent flow cytometry for white blood cell (WBC), WBC differential, nucleated red blood cell (NRBC), and reticulocyte identification and reagent management technology, which is standard with the reagent system.
The analyzer must also offer clinical and operational advantages that provide additional information and reduce the need for manual confirmatory differentials. Among these should be reportable Immature Granulocyte (IG, the six-part differential with a maximum of 25 L per sample) as part of the routine results, WITHOUT additional reagents needed, additional cost, or additional work by the operator. The instrument must also have automated and expanded measures of hematopoiesis to accelerate the identification and enumeration of reportable immature cell indices to include Immature Granulocytes (IG) - the number of metamyelocytes, myelocytes, and promyelocytes. The analyzer must measure hemoglobin in a separate chamber to remove WBC interference, using a reagent to help reduce interference from lipemia and abnormal proteins.
MUST include a quality assurance program to Instantly document and maintain Q.A. history for analyzer peer comparison data across multiple sites with a single login. On demand and flexible reporting options Ability to manage QC Accessible 24/7 lot-to-date reporting Online QC record storage for up to 2 years. Single login access for reports across multi-analyzer sites Comprehensive support available 24/7
Requested analyzer must fit in limited space and be no larger than height - 17", width - 18", depth - 18" and weight of NO MORE than 80 lbs.
