The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan; Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the availability to provide cost-per test, for artificial intelligence (AI) for prostate cancer. The test is a recommended option for patients with localized prostate cancer in the NCCN clinical practice guidelines in oncology and is the first to predict therapeutic benefit enabling patients and clinicians to make treatment decision. Turnaround Time- Testing will be performed within the published turnaround times established by contractor s Laboratory, but not to exceed the 72 hours. The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. The period of performance will be established during the solicitation process and in the execution of contract.
