This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.201. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an Firm Fixed Priced solicitation for supplies in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWCI H EODTD). The Request for Quote (RFQ) N0017424Q0106 will be the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. The award will be made based on price. This requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TOTAL.
Evaluation Factors (in order of importance)
1. Technical - Quotes submitted shall address all requirements included in the RFQ and SOW
2. Price - Quotes must include all applicable costs. Submitted quotes are NOT TO EXCEED 250,000.00 (Simplified Acquisition Threshold).
