BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. NSWC IHD has a requirement to provide labor, material, and services required for shipboard testing; shipboard equipment and material removal and installation; modernization, preservation, and corrosion control, in addition to fleet support, technical assistance and training; of MK 38 Machine Gun Systems (MGSs). BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
