The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Life Connections Program (LCP), Islamic Spiritual Guide Services at the United States Penitentiary (USP) located in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract year shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years.
Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about Tuesday, October 8, 2024, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Sam website. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
Interested parties can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market research questionnaire survey is Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 12:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST). All responses to the Market Research Questionnaire may be submitted via email to jwray@bop.gov. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the market research questionnaire will be accepted.
