The Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) will drive Department-wide business reform by integrating transportation and financial processes at the transaction level to optimize transportation and financial management of the Transportation of Things, through procurement of an enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, supported with Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTmLPF-P). Source Selection for the implementation and material solution are in progress.
This requirement will provide the Government with non-personal Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the JTMS Joint Program Office (JPO) and Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) stakeholders involved in the JTMS program. The Contractor shall provide services across various disciplines to include program management, architecture and integration, functional support, system engineering, system security, and/or program control in support of the JTMS Program..
