Description
The VA seeks to lease approximately 300 Parking Spaces in Phoenix AZ. VA will first consider leased space located at an existing facility, then new locations.
Lease Term
Lease term will be 10 years firm, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.
Estimated Commencement Date: On or about June 2025.
Free Rent/Other Incentives: Please state the free rent and/or any other incentives that Landlord is willing to provide in order to attract the Government to its Building.
Lessors Annual Operating Expenses: Government shall not be responsible for any increase in operating expenses for the term of the Lease and any extensions thereafter.
