(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to award to UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. with an address of 3720 S Flower ST FL 3, Los Angeles, California 90089-4304, United States, CAGE Code 1B729. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
(ii) The solicitation number is W911QX25Q0014. This acquisition is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

CLIN 0001 (BASE MONTH) - EQUIPMENT STORAGE – The Contractor shall provide storage of Government-owned research equipment In accordance with quotation number # dated Ocober 2024. The Government's terms and conditions shall apply.
CLIN 0002 (OPTION MONTH 1) - EQUIPMENT STORAGE – The Contractor shall provide storage of Government-owned research equipment In accordance with quotation number # dated Ocober 2024. The Government's terms and conditions shall apply.
CLIN 0003 (OPTION MONTH 2) - EQUIPMENT STORAGE – The Contractor shall provide storage of Government-owned research equipment In accordance with quotation number # dated Ocober 2024. The Government's terms and conditions shall apply.
CLIN 0004 (OPTION MONTH 3) - EQUIPMENT STORAGE – The Contractor shall provide storage of Government-owned research equipment In accordance with quotation number # dated Ocober 2024. The Government's terms and conditions shall apply.

(vi) Description of requirements: The Contractor shall provide provide storage of Government-owned research equipment for ARL West.
(vii) Period of Performance is one (1) base month with four (4) subsequent option month periods. 01 November 2024 – 30 November 2024 (base month), 01 December 2024 – 31 December 2024 (option month 1), 01 January 2025 – 31 January 2025 (option momth 2), 01 February 2025 – 28 February 2025 (option month 3), and 01 March 2025 – 31 March 2025 (option month 4). Acceptance shall be performed at 3720 S Flower ST FL 3, Los Angeles, California 90089-4304, United States.
