Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) in support of the work of the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Disease (NIDDK), is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small businesses, including 8(a) small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing Patching/Painting Work to Bldg 1, Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Campus, 1550 E. Indian School, Phoenix, AZ.
PECRB/NIH employees recently vacated Building 1, located on the Phoenix Indian Medical campus, 1550 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. PIMC Leadership has requested repair of the holes in the walls (patching) and painting all walls throughout the building (13,365 sq ft). These repairs are essential to providing a workable environment for employees, patients and visitors, and to continue providing patient care, which is essential to their healthcare mission.
The list below is the work that will be performed.
Drywall patch holes and match existing texture throughout entire 13,365 sf of space.
Prime drywall patched areas and paint entire 13,365 sf building walls using color “Sherwin Williams Toque White (SW 7003).”
Supervision, Overhead, and Profit.
Interested small business firms with the capability and authorization of providing all the required products and services/support shall submit a capability statement to assist the Government in determining in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2(b)whether this procurement will be set-aside for any of the programs described above. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 236220 with a size standard of $45,000,000. All respondents are requested to identify their firm’s size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide (a) capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Government’s requirements for the above. The capability statement shall be in enough detail, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the products and service/support above.
