Specifications include, but are not limited to: the removal and streetscape reconstruction of Washington Street between Lincolnway and Jefferson Street. In addition, the underlying storm sewer will be removed and replaced, and a new adjoining water main will be installed. Supporting work elements shall include, but are not limited to: pavement removal, concrete removal, excavation, storm sewer structure removal, utility installation, concrete road construction, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete knee walls, concrete planter boxes, modern brick pavers, light pole and foundations, overhead lighting, electrical conduit and wiring, irrigation, asphalt pavement, and all other necessary restoration work to satisfy the project documents.
