This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirements of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d).
The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for King Nutronics products with King Nutronics Corporation (CAGE Code: 13859).
This notice is published for informational purpose only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by the date and time referenced in this announcement, shall be considered by NSWC Corona Division.
Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Remy Oshiro, via email at remy.s.oshiro.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 03:00PM (PDT) on 28 October 2024. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426725Q4016 in the subject line.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
