The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide a base + (4) option year contract on the currently installed Rauland 5000 systems in the Green Homes and all currently installed Rauland systems at the Danville, IL VAMC. These systems include hardware and software. Service will include access to 24/7/365 Service (invoiced at normal hourly rates). Priority Support Queue. Guaranteed phone response within 2 hours. Guaranteed onsite response time to critical emergencies within 6 hours. Annual technical re-training of Clinical Engineering staff. Annual testing and inspection of head-end equipment and integrations. Annual system test results and annual workflow review of customers Help Desk. The Contractor shall be qualified / authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (Rauland-Borg) in the maintenance of all equipment listed within the contract. Contractor shall maintain qualifications throughout entire contract period. Be prepared to submit documentation before award is made.
