The Department of Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, is issuing a
Request for
Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-25-R-0011 to provide User Experience/User Interface
(UX/UI) design and
engineering to the development of Command, Controls, Communications, intelligence,
Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and products for NIWC PAC 536 division. The scope of
this requirement
includes application to software and hardware as it relates to human factors and will be
applied
throughout and any time within a products' s lifecycle. The UX/UI methods cover
standards typical of this
domain including related process and products. The main task elements across the
design and
development lifecycle. It also includes the scientific and systematic interactions required
with the
expected users of the system/product.
This solicitation will result in the award of single indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity
(IDIQ) contracts
with cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangements. The ordering period of performance will be
for five-years
with no options.
Orders will be placed pursuant to the ordering processes of FAR 16.505(a). The North
American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, and
the Small
Business Size Standard is $34M. Security classification will vary from Unclassified to Top
Secret/ Sensitive
Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) classification.
