The USDA-ARS PA Livestock Arthropod Pest Research 22675 N Moorefield Road MAB6419 Edinburg Tx 78541; is seeking Equipment Refurbishment of 14 Litetrack Lridium HD Lotek radio collars. The intent will be to award a sole source contract, outside of documented/verified proof that there are viable competitive options available that can provide a servicing contract that would include Proximity feature, Timer Release Drop Off, Data Plan Activation, Return Collar Processing Fee, Iridium Data Plan, and shipping all included.

SUBMISSION DETAILS
- Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide refurbishment services on Litetrack Iridium HD+ Rebuild. Documentation should be in easily readable format. No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the RFQ will be accepted prior to its release.
