The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51525Q0000001 for the requirement of Project 25Z5AB9 Upgrade Chiller Control. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423610. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning January 13, 2025.
The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
