Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561790, with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. The product or service code is Z1AA. The Government will award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria).
The FCC, 45 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20554, is seeking to purchase Facility Repairs services.

The period of performance is 2 months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Place of Performance:
FCC’s Columbia Maryland’s Campus at 7435 Oakland Mills Rd, Columbia, Maryland 21046
Award will be made to the quoter whose quotation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable considering past performance, and price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: 1) past performance, and 2) price

4. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications online in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.212-3. If paragraph (b)(2) of the provision is applicable, a written submission is required.
Quoter must complete Clause 52.213-3- Offeror Representations and Certifications. If you are registered in SAM under section (b)(2) type in NOT APPLICABLE and return with quote. If you are not registered in SAM complete section (c).
