The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following adult vaccines and estimated quantities manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration:
Item Descriptions and Quantities: Adult Influenza Vaccine (age 19 years and older)
Min. Order Size: 100 Doses
Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose
Maximum: 6,000,000 Doses
Minimum: 100 Doses
Provide age indication and NDC for any vaccines proposed.
Proposed Quantity and Presentation: Offerors may propose any number of vaccines or presentations of influenza vaccine (IV).
The vaccines awarded under the resulting contracts will be purchased for and by NCIRD's immunization awardees to support adult immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act. The vaccines shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination, as directed by delivery orders to the CDC centralized distribution locations currently in Olive Branch, MS; Aurora, CO and Clermont, KY. In addition, shipments to five CDC Occupational Health Clinic locations may be requested by the CDC.
The period of performance shall be from the date of award through February 28, 2026. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15. The solicitation and any amendments issued will be posted on www.sam.gov when issued. No hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will be mailed. Please note funds are not currently available for the award. This solicitation is subject of funds availability during FY 2025.
