The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information contractors that can provide Low Barrier Transitional Housing Contract in Rural Nevada. Preferred location Carson City, Nevada. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Brief Description of Services See attached PWS. Arranging, coordinating, and/or providing direct clinical services and support for mental health stabilization and substance use treatment services using Recovery Model principles. As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement.
