SOURCES SOUGHT FOR PROVO AREA OFFICE AND PLEASANT GROVE MAINTENANCE BUILDING¿
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Upper Colorado Regional Office in collaboration with the Provo Area Office is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential offerors to perform janitorial services at the Provo Area Office and Pleasant Grove Maintenance Building in Utah County, Utah.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTE OR AN INVITATION FOR BIDS and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. The information obtained may be used for the future solicitation.¿ All interested sources must respond to the future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the sources sought notice.¿¿
PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF THE PROJECT:¿
The following are the principal components of work necessary to complete the project:¿¿
Perform Janitorial services at the Provo Area Office, square footage¿required cleaning is 46,000 sqft.
Pleasant Grove Office is approximately 1,000 sqft. ¿
Contractor shall report to the Provo Office Monday through Friday¿between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. ¿
Contractor shall report to the Pleasant Grove Office Tuesdays and Fridays¿between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work. ¿¿
Furnish all consumable supplies, i.e. toilet tissue, paper towels, trash can liners and recycle bin liners.
Services will include but not limited to trash/waste collection and removal (Including recycle), vacuuming, spot clean carpets, cleaning metal drinking fountains, carpet cleaning/shampooing, table cleaning, walls and door cleaning, dusting, cleaning display boards, exercise equipment, cleaning sand urns, restroom services, cleaning exterior glass windows and doors, cleaning interior windows and doors, ect. ¿

SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA):¿
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 561720 Building Cleaning, Janitorial, Small Business Size Standard $22 Million.¿¿
Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make the appropriate acquisition decision. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) (http://www.sam.gov).¿
