NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to provide Automated Data Processing (ADP) Support Services. The period of performance is for one (1) base year: 01 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 and one (1) four (4) month option year: 01 December 2025 to 31 May 2026. The anticipated award date is 24 November 2024. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on 06 November 2024. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract type.

The Government is performing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any, will be set-aside for small business competition.
A Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Support Key Qualifications are attached to this announcement, please include your business size and cage code in your submission. This is a sources sought for market research purposes. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to this sources sought.

Interested firms should submit a document which furnishes information describing contractor support to provide Automated Data Processing (ADP) Support Services: The submissions should be Times New Roman, font size 12 and should not exceed eight (8) one-sided, 8 " X 11" pages in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the contract specialist via email to: chelsey.l.hernandez-guevara.civ@us.navy.mil . Submissions must be received via email no later than 02:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on 04 November 2024.
