Contractor is to perform a full investigation of the underground structure conditions and to provide a final report with findings, including, but not limited to, structure dimensions, potential entry points, and structure materials. Report to also include the feasibility of infilling the underground structure with gravel, flowable fill or an alternative type of fill to prevent structure collapse.
