Contractor is to perform a full investigation of the underground structure conditions and to provide a final report with findings, including, but not limited to, structure dimensions, potential entry points, and structure materials. Report to also include the feasibility of infilling the underground structure with gravel, flowable fill or an alternative type of fill to prevent structure collapse. Once the VA has reviewed and approved the proposed solution and materials from the initial report, the second portion of work includes all construction services to infill the structure. *Attachments listed in the SOW will be available when Solicitation is posted.
