Description/Part Number: AMSCO 400 16X16X26 Pevacuum Single Sliding Recessed Steam Sterilizer/Autoclave Installation - Small Sterilizer Deinstallation - Small Sterilizer This SOW includes removal of the old equipment/sterilizer, and delivery & installation of the new AMSCO 400 Series Sterilizer. STERIS Corp will provide & coordinate the de-installation of the old equipment, and the installation of the new AMSCO 400 System. The service work will be scheduled ahead of time with facility management/staff of the Sterile Processing Department. All service work will be completed within the specified and agreed upon timeframe, to minimize interference with daily operations. Any service-related issues are to be communicated with the facility, so a resolution can be identified and agreed upon. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS The following is the list of specific requirements for the AMSCO 400 Series Sterilizer Prevacuum Single sliding Autoclave: The unit must be validated to sterilize up to two 25lb instrument trays. 12 programmable cycles include Immediate Use Prevac 4+1, Gravity and Liquids. Cycle names are customizable. The chamber is constructed of solid 316L stainless steel and carries a 15-year warranty. The pressure vessel has a full jacket design to minimize the formation of excess condensation on the chamber interior. Steam activated gasket requires no lubrication and is warranted for 2 years. The automated vertical sliding door is foot pedal activated for hands-free operation. Increased shelf clearance to accommodate larger sets. Enhanced display is located at ergonomic height and features large cycle countdown visible from 15 feet away. Ink on paper impact printer provides permanent cycle record. Utilities usage is minimized with multiple temperature sensors. System operation can be continuously monitored with STERIS Proconnect remote service monitoring. 2-Year total care services agreement-Total Care is all-inclusive service coverage; parts, labor and travel for all scheduled Preventive Maintenance inspections and unlimited repairs are included.
