THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - MARKET RESEARCH ONLY.
See attached SOW for full details.
If you are capable of providing the services described in the attached statement of work (SOW), specifically those sections that are highlighted, please provide items listed below to lorri.schoellkopf@va.gov by 12PM CST on 11-18-2024:
- SAM UEI and business socioeconomic category.
- Name of Laboratory to be used and applicable accreditations for verification purposes.
- Are you able to assume performance of services without a break in monitoring during a transition from the current system to any new replacement system/component? If so, please describe how the transition would take place.
- If a new system or any new components are proposed, please specify which system or components you would propose.
- Following are the specific capabilities a system must have:
- Cellular Cloud-Based: Ability to send text alerts for:
- Chlorine
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Fully Integrated Turnkey System: Capable of installation and implementation with zero loss of monitoring oversight.
- Monitoring Capabilities:
- pH
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Conductivity
- Total Residual Chlorine
- ORP
- HW Supply
- HW Return
- Data Logging: Automatically collect and log data at set intervals.
- Real-Time Feedback and Alerts:
- Continuous monitoring
- Remote access to alerts and data
- Field Server Needed at Each Location: VA currently has data being brought in using the Bacnet over IP communication protocol. A field server (or similar Modbus to Bacnet integer) is required at each location. In addition to the logging/notification system, any of the data can be logged and/or trigger alarms once on Metasys, which will show up on the VA operator’s workstation in the Energy Center.
Does the system you propose meet or exceed these capabilities?
