This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.
The Defense Information Systems Agency, National Capital Region (DISA – NCR), Fort Meade, Maryland seeks request for proposals (RFP) for the Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) System. DoD SAFE is a large file transfer service available to DoD and Mission Partners. The objective of this requirement is to provide engineering and sustainment support to DoD SAFE, to maintain and improve this Enterprise Service.
Note: The Government will be utilizing a three-phase proposal and evaluation process for this acquisition. Phases I and II will be evaluated first, and then for those who proceed to Phase III further instructions will be sent via an Advisory Notice which will outlint the submission deadline for questions and proposal. Refer to the solicitation for details related to the three-phase structure and specific evaluation criteria for each phase.
