The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires mooring lines in support of MSC’s vessels to provide products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the contract. The Contractor would provide products for MSC and USS Navy ships and any other Government owned or Government chartered ship designated by MSC. We intend to issue an urgent and compelling requirement with limited sources that have provided the requirement historically.

All Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Certified HUB Zone and Certified 8(a) Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine whether, a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. It is requested that interested small businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to complete the requested work. This document shall address, as a minimum the following: (1) Company Profile to include number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions will not be returned.
