The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on the behalf of Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) located in Rock Island, IL., is issuing this request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to provide for the Hardware in support of the Next Generation Shop Equipment Welding (NG SEW) production at JMTC.
