This is a Request for Quotations prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional
information included with this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A
SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED.
Requirement number CMCS-2025-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Baltimore, MD, and the Regional Offices: Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Boston has a requirement for a contractor to provide Laserfiche services in accordance to the SOW for a Base Year and two Option Years. Detail information is provided in the attachments below. The period of performance will be 12 months approximately December 9, 2024 to December 08, 2025 for the Base Period. This is a firm fixed price procurement using simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement is being set aside specifically for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423430. Your response shall be no more than 10 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor's plan to perform the Statement of Work 2) and Price - fully loaded labor rates and anticipated hours for the Base Year and each of the two Option Years. All responses will be evaluated in accordance to the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Must be a Laserfiche-Compulink authorized vendor; 2) Technical Approach to the SOW; 3) Personnel expertise; and 4) Price. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. All responsible sources must be registered in the "System for Award Management" (SAM) at wwww.sam.gov. All responses/quotes submitted shall remain valid for a period of 180 days. Interested parties must be able to affirm no conflicts of interest with parties involved in Medicare claims processing in light of the work identified in this Statement of Work. In the event that the vendor/government identifies a conflict, the vendor shall responsible for providing a mitigation strategy that satisfies the government. In the event that the conflict cannot be resolved, the order cannot be awarded or an existing order may need to be terminated.
