The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The contractor shall provide all subsistence, paper goods, sanitation supplies, and labor required to accomplish meal preparation and serving in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, subsistence, supplies, supervision and quality control necessary to perform Meal catering services, as defined in this PWS while adhering to applicable industry and service-related regulations. Contracted personnel will prepare meals at their facility, transport and serve prepared meals at the Regional Training Institute (RTI) Bethany Beach Training Site (BBTS) (location provided in paragraph 1.4.1 of the PWS). Services include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and are required from January 13, 2025, through September 11, 2025, IAW the training scheduled located in paragraph 5.3 of the PWS. Meals will be prepared utilizing fresh ingredients, and menu may consist of Hot, Cold (Sandwich Meal) or both types of meals as outlined in Technical Exhibit 1, Menu Minimum and Requirements. Emphasis should be placed on nutritional value. Cold lunches are to be offered no more than 2 times per week. Vegetarian or pork/fish alternatives may be required but the contractor will be notified of this within 2 days after start of service for each class
