Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 requires a contractor to provide reference laboratory testing services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and test list. The Government intends to award a contract with a base year, and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
