Sources Sought - Alarm Monitoring Services Eagle Point and Roseburg National Cemeteries located in Oregon Project includes (not limited to): 1. Monitor security and fire alarms. 2. Perform maintenance on systems per manufacturer manual. 3. Monthly testing/reporting of equipment. 4. Annual testing, cleaning and inspection of equipment. 5. Repair equipment as needed. 6. Upgrades to software on existing system. Eagle Point has 5 buildings to monitor and Roseburg 1 building. Examples of items monitored include door readers, keypads, motion detectors, recording devices, door/window contacts, and window breaker detectors. Manufacturer and Model Info: Notifier - NP-100, NH-100R, P2R, and SR RSG - RMS UPG - UB12120 Ditek - DTK-120-HW DSC - PK5500, LC-103-PIMSK, P/S 1864, GS3060, and P/S5808 ACTi - NVR v3.0, D61, E83, and E81 This will be a base plus four (4) option year contract.
