This is a Sources Sought notice. Please review the attached Draft Performance Work Statement and complete the survey in the attached Link. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified 8(a) small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. This notice is strictly for research and information purposes only.
SYNOPSIS - Except for Government-Furnished Property (GFP), and in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (Draft) the contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and supplies required to provide staff to operate Health Unit facilities including medical and administrative personnel. Provide health services to students and staff including emergent care, examinations, wellness, medication and vaccinations. Manage medical records, medication & medical supplies inventories.
The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associated with the operations, maintenance, and all other services required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. Included in this function is a full range of management duties including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, data entry and quality control. The Contractor shall provide an adequate staff of personnel with the necessary management expertise to assume the performance of the work in accordance with sound and efficient management practices. The Contractor shall have property control expertise to include daily support management, daily accurate inventory control, daily accurate inventory tracking, and a property program compatible with Government programs such as excel to ensure the Government is provided with the most up to-date information immediately when requested.
