Description of requirement: The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the maintenance parking area and improve water management systems. The work includes removing failed asphalt, sub-base, and sub-grade sections, followed by installing a 2-inch asphalt overlay across the existing parking lot. Damaged drainage systems will be removed and realigned, with new drainage installed to enhance water flow. Additional improvements include constructing curb and gutter sections in front of maintenance buildings and around vegetation areas, pouring 2 inches of new asphalt, ensuring compaction meets required specifications, and re-striping the parking area for improved functionality and safety
