PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in support of a NIMITZ class aircraft carrier requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to repair #1 Service Ship Air Compressor (SSAC) . The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.5. A justification and approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared.
THE NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETETIVE QUOTES.
However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than December 31, 2024 at 10:00am PST.
