The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for landfill services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Beaumont, Texas. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations.
The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 7-month period. The estimated cubic yardage that will be delivered to the contractor from the Government is 900 cubic yards per month of compacted waste and 300 cubic yards of non-compacted waste per month with total estimated cubic yardage for the year being 6,300 cubic yards of compacted waste and 2,100 cubic yards of non-compacted waste. This is an estimate only. The Government does not guarantee these estimates. Please review the attached statement of work.
