Forklift Rental Removal of old baler Performance Monitoring After every cleaning, Contractor shall provide an electronic PDF report via email to the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) within two (2) weeks after service is performed. Each report shall include, at a minimum, the date service was performed, a description of services performed, any concerns or findings, and signature and date from one of the technicians present during the services. Security Requirements The Contractor shall comply with the VA Personal Identity Verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.
