Forklift Rental Removal of old baler Performance Monitoring After every cleaning, Contractor shall provide an electronic PDF report via email to the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) within two (2) weeks after service is performed. Each report shall include, at a minimum, the date service was performed, a description of services performed, any concerns or findings, and signature and date from one of the technicians present during the services.
