REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Immunohistochemical Reagent Rental for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, Histology Service located at 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401 and to include moving all the included equipment to the new Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (Tulsa hospital) histology department, estimated to open in 2026. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Contractor shall provide Immunohistochemical Reagent Rental (equipment, parts, service, and maintenance necessary for reagent/instrument rental operation of the equipment and shall pay routine shipping fees for such). This includes required provision of workstations and hard drives, replacement, shipping and service on workstations and hard drives. This also includes moving all the included equipment to the new Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System Tulsa hospital histology department and required maintenance/service to allow operation and appropriate validation in the new location once operational In accordance with all terms conditions, provisions and the schedule of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, Histology Service located at 1011 Honor Heights Dr, Muskogee, OK 74401 and New Tulsa hospital (histology Department).
