The service known as the Plexus Vision Asset Tracking System Maintenance is for the Irwin Army Community Hospital located at Ft. Riley, KS. The three main components of the Conexus maintenance requirement are: (1) Help Desk which covers the Plexus Help Desk (24/7 coverage except Federal holidays), which includes general user support for software questions or troubleshooting, as well as System Administrator support, (2) Software Updates which covers any software updates required to maintain compliance with DoD accreditations and subject matter experts capable of addressing Cybersecurity or Information Assurance (IA) concerns or questions in relation the Plexus system, and (3) On-Site Support (Two 3-day On-Site visits) which covers Conexus site visits to IACH at least twice throughout the period of performance to ensure the system is functioning properly and that new users of the system receive adequate training and support through a variety of methods. Those methods include training sessions for new and/or existing Plexus users through classroom training, RTLS calibration support, inventory scanning, hardware troubleshooting, and other tasks as agreed upon with the Project Manager.
The offeror shall be actively registered with NAICS Code 541614 or a similar NAICS with the appropriate size standard.
