This Solicitation, W50S7L-25-Q-A02 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective 01/17/2025.

This engine shall come with all the proper connections (Trim engine) for install without any modifications or additions to the engine or vehicle. The engine shall be a one for one swap. The engine offered shall be either remanufactured or new. Used engines will not be accepted or considered for award.
Funding is currently available for this acquisition.
The current engine core will be available for return. Please keep that in mind when preparing your quote, see CLIN 0003.
Although the Government reserves the right, the Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions. Therefore, quotes should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
Basis of Award: A firm-fixed price contract award will be made based on price when evaluating, CLIN 0001 & CLIN 0002, and past performance. When evaluating past performance it will be evaluated approximately equal to cost or price.

Quotes shall provide shipping on the basis of f.o.b. destination. Regardless of shipping method, the offeror is responsible for all necessary freight/shipping charges.
The manufacturer shall supply all manuals such as operation instructions, parts lists, and diagrams. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall supply any other data pertinent to the operation of the unit.
Quote Submission Instructions: Quotes shall include Point of Contact name with contact phone/email, CAGE/UEI, Socio-economic status, monthly and total price, technical description, and references.
