Procurement Scope
This procurement seeks to establish agreements for lodging services to support Dyess AFB personnel by ensuring the availability of temporary accommodations on an as-needed basis. This service will be recurring for the foreseeable future.
To qualify, hotels must be located within a 30-mile driving distance from Dyess AFB and must comply with all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 January 2025. Since this is a commercial service, there are no specific product data sheets or technical specifications associated with this requirement.
Dyess AFB intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with up to 10 hotels. The terms and conditions for this procurement will remain consistent with those outlined in existing BPAs.
Lodging & Safety Requirements
Participating hotels must adhere to the following:
- Air Force Instruction (AFI) 34-135 (Air Force Lodging Program)
- Local and state health and safety codes
- Fire safety regulations, including compliance with:
- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes 10, 70, 96, and 101
- Air Force Instruction 91-203 (Consolidated Occupational Safety)
