This solicitation is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for services to perform repairs of the KC-46 GPS ADAP weapon system.

This action will result in the award of a one (1) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The Government intends to solicit directly to Raytheon Systems Limited (CAGE: K0268) for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). However, an Interested Party may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal(s). AMENDMENT
The purpose of amendment P00001 is to enforce Class Deviation 2025-O0003 -Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts and Class Deviation 2025-O0004 - Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainable Procurement implemented in March
2025 and we are extending the proposal due date.
