The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for one (1) Magnetic Resonance (MR) Injection System at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) located in Fort Carson, CO. The required Salient Characteristics are attached in this posting. Contractors must provide proof of how their system(s) meets the requirements of the Salient Characteristics. This proposed requirement is a one-time purchase only with an estimated purchase in March and/or April and/or May of FY25. A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance is tentatively anticipated as base plus two additional option years. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
