The 161 Air Refueling Wing (ARW) intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6R-25-Q-A001, to award without discussions, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for local and long-distance exchange telecommunication services for the 161 ARW Goldwater Air Base, Phoenix AZ. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Quoter whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government. The Government intends to award a FFP contract resulting from the RFQ to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the RFQ; meets the technical and management requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS); and is the lowest price.
Quoters shall complete the SF1449 and submit a quotation with the following information: cover letter, management approach, technical approach, and cutover plan. Submitted quotations shall be valid for 90 days after the closing date of the RFQ.
When returning the solicitation (standard form 1449), please complete the following: 1. Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Pricing in contract line items in Block(s) 19 thru 24 (1-9)
The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and award made, without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary. Since award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.

The initial period of performance of this requirement is 12 months (1 Aug 25 - 31 Jul 26) with four 12-month option periods.
This requirement is for local and long-distance exchange telephone service in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by 21 February 2025 at 1900 hours (7:00 pm) Eastern Time (ET). All quotes should be submitted before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is considered "late."
